NORÐUR began in Iceland, where nature is still wild, unhurried and pure.
Here, lambs roam freely across open fields, feeding on wild grass and moss. Their tallow, rich in nutrients and naturally in harmony with the skin, has been used for generations to protect against the elements.

We continue that tradition. Each jar of NORÐUR Tallow is rendered in small batches at the oldest tallow farm in Iceland, preserving the natural depth and purity of every ingredient. Nothing added, nothing taken away.
